The study aimed to analyze the role of Total Quality Management (TQM) in achieving competitive advantage, with an application to the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the Sultanate of Oman during the period from 2020 to 2025. An analytical methodology was used to examine the impact of applying TQM principles on improving the quality of religious and social services provided by the Ministry. The study concluded that adopting TQM enhances institutional performance efficiency and increases beneficiary satisfaction, contributing to achieving sustainable competitive advantage. The results also showed significant improvements in performance indicators, such as an increase in the number of beneficiaries and higher satisfaction rates. The study recommended the development of specialized training programs for the Ministry's employees, enhancing transparency, and adopting long-term strategies to ensure the sustainability of TQM implementation.
